Who processes your data
Processing is carried out jointly by Uzbekistan entity, tax ID, address and Kazakhstan entity, BIN, address, trading as AQYLAI. Data enquiries: legal@aqylai.com, WhatsApp +7 705 351 3219.
What we collect
Directly from you through the request form: name, email or phone, company, selected service and message. Automatically when you visit: IP address, browser and device identifiers, cookies, page-view statistics.
Why, and on what basis
Answering enquiries and delivering services — performance of a contract or steps to enter into one. Business correspondence and site analytics — your consent. Compliance with legal obligations. For individuals in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan the basis is consent (Art. 7 of Law RK No. 94-V, Law RUz No. ZRU-547). For the EU and UK, Art. 6 GDPR and UK GDPR apply.
How long we keep it
Form enquiries — 24 months after last contact. Cookies and analytics — see the Cookie Policy. Once the purpose is met, data is deleted or anonymised.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers the site depends on: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting and protection; Cloudways — server infrastructure; Google Workspace — email and storage; a web analytics provider; WhatsApp (Meta) — when you message us there.
Transfers outside your country
Some providers are located outside Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, including in the United States. Transfers rely on your consent together with contractual safeguards. You may decline; you can still reach us by email or messenger.
Your rights
You may access your data, correct it, restrict processing, request erasure, withdraw consent and object to processing. In the EU and UK you also have data portability and the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions. Requests: legal@aqylai.com.
How we protect it
Connections are encrypted with TLS. Access is restricted to those who need it. We collect the minimum necessary, sign agreements with providers and keep access logs.

If our response does not satisfy you, you may complain to a supervisory authority: in Uzbekistan, the State Personalization Centre; in Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development; in the EU or UK, your national data protection authority.
