A small team with no account managers in between. The person on your first call is the person who builds the system.
How we got here
We did not start with a deck about artificial intelligence. We started with a concrete problem: an industrial company needed equipment condition data from twenty-seven sites, and it was being collected in paper logs.
Three weeks later the system was live. We have stuck to that principle ever since: a working thing on one site first, scale after.
What we believe
Automation should be measured in hours, not terminology. If nobody spends less time after the rollout, we have built a beautiful useless thing.
A system you cannot explain to a worker in one message will not get used. That is why our training is one message, not a half-day workshop.
